Biocombination No.21 is useful in managing the teething and associated problems like pain, indigestion, irritability, changes in appetite and generalised inflammation with febrile heat.Calcarea phosphorica is indicated in tardy dentition and symptoms like indigestion, greenish diarrhoea which is slimy and sputtering. It also relieves the pain and flatulence. Ferrum phosphoricum covers the inflammatory conditions,cold, pain, vomiting and restlessness.

It should be taken as 2 tablets 3-4 times a day for every three or as prescribed by the physician.

Biocombination No.21 is the combination of Calcarea phosphorica and Ferrum phosphoricum. Calcarea phosphorica is indicated in tardy dentition and troubles incident to that period. It is suited to anaemic children who are peevish, flabby, have cold extremities and feeble digestion. It is indicated for complaints during teething, teeth develop slowly, rapid decay of teeth and tonsillitis. Ferrum phosphoricum is indicated in children who are anaemic, weak, nervous, sensitive, mouth hot, fauces red, tonsils swollen, first stage of diphtheria, ranula in vascular, sanguine constitutions. It is indicated for vomiting of undigested food and aversion to meat and milk.
