It is specially developed for the treatment of inflammatory conditions in their initial stages and suppurative conditions. It is useful in symptoms of inflammation pertaining to the conditions such as otitis, epistaxis, tonsillitis, cough, rheumatism, indigestion, dysentery, weakness, excessive sweating, itching, and asthma.

It should be taken as 4 tablets for adults, 2 tablets for children, at a time, four times a day at intervals of three hours, or otherwise as prescribed by the physician.

Biocombination No.11 is prepared from the combination of important biochemic medicines such as Ferrum phosphoricum, Kali muriaticum, Kali sulphuricum, Natrum muriaticum, and Natrum sulphuricum. Ferrum phosphoricum is indicated for fevers of catarrhal and inflammatory types and in the first stages of fever. The fever is characterized by a chill at 1 pm, night sweats, and restlessness. Kali muriaticum is indicated in rheumatic fever with exudation and swelling of joints, the pain felt only during motion, white or grey coating of the tongue, chronic catarrhal conditions of the middle ear, follicular tonsillitis, and asthma. Kali sulphuricum is indicated in fever especially at night, intermittent fever, with a yellow slimy tongue, later stages of inflammation, engorgement of nasopharyngeal mucous membranes, eustachian catarrh, bronchial asthma, and cough. Natrum muriaticum is indicated in fevers with chills between 9 and 11 am, heat with violent thirst, increases with fever, fever blisters, coldness of the body, and continued chillness. It is a remedy for a hydraemic state in chronic malarial states with weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, and sweating on every exertion. Natrum sulphuricum is a remedy for fevers caused by damp weather, cellar basements, malarial fever, humid asthma, dyspnoea during damp weather, and spinal meningitis.
