Silicea Pentarkan^®

INTRODUCTION

The dilated portion of a vein is known as varicose. A groove, cleft or narrow opening is called “fissure”.  Fistula is an abnormal tube like passage. Silicea  Pentarkan^®  is useful for the connective tissues, surrounding organs and their supplying arteries, veins and nerves.  It fixes the ligament and corrects the dysfunctions including wound healing problems, loose skins, descensus, etc.

The four drugs of this combination extend full coverage over the above problems, their causes and predisposing factors.

Indications:  Improves functioning of connective tissues, wound healing and associated problems; hair and nails growth problems, cellulitis, striae gravidarum (distention marks after childbirth).

Composition:

Each tablet of 250 mg contains:

Silicea                                    5x                           25 mg

Arnica montana                     2x                           25 mg

Calcarea fluorica                   5x                           25 mg

Thuja occidentalis                 5x                           25 mg

Excipients Q.S. to make                                    250 mg

Proven indications of the individual ingredients in the sphere of claimed action:

Silicea: Indicated for abcesses, boils, fistulous ulcers, painful scars, and crippled nails, abscesses of joints, bursa, nodes and keloid growths.  It covers diseases of bones and caries.  It can stimulate reabsorption of  fibrotic conditions and scar tissues. It stimulates immune system thus healing and strengthening hair and nails.

Arnica montana:   It is indicated for symptomatic relief of pain in organs and tissues subjected to over straining and injury.  Acts as muscular tonic and stimulates reabsorption of  hematoma.

Calcarea fluorica:  It acts on bones, hard fibrous tissues, ligaments, joints, tendons, varicose and enlarged veins and has been considered useful in synovitis of knee joints, absorption of scar tissues, adhesions after operations, fissures and cracks in bony hard tissues.  It is useful in descensus of organs (uterus). Also it imparts strength to hair and nails.

Thuja occidentalis: It is useful in fissures, cellulitis, warts, hair and nail problems, enlarged veins, joint pain.  Most of the symptoms aggrevate in moist and cold weather.

Dosage:  Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, 1 to 2 tablets,  3 times a day over an extended period of time.  If complaints are not relieved, consult a specialist.

Side effects:  No side effects of  Silicea  Pentarkan are known.

Contra-indications:  No contra-indications for the use of Silicea Pentarkan are known.

Interactions:  No interactions between Silicea Pentarkan and other products are known.
