In 17^th century, the great philosopher and astronomer, Galileo faced severe criticism and opposition for his work on heliocentrism (Sun as the centre of the universe) from his contemporary philosophers. That was a period when the science and technology were undeveloped. But even now in a highly scientific era, people refuse to accept certain scientific facts that are proved. The Nobel laureate Prof. Luc Montagnier in an interview, voiced the above concerned and stated that similar kind of intellectual terrorism exists towards such experiments like Benveniste’s water memory study. Aegle marmelos is a proved Indian drug and its pathogenesis is available in the literature. But how far those proving symptoms are clinically effective? A clinical verification study has confirmed some of the proving symptoms, and found certain new symptoms as well.
