Cyclosporin

It is one of the immune-suppressant in the conventional system. Its proving has been done by Central Research Institute, Noida and Drug Proving Unit of CCRH, Bhubaneswar during 2008-09. Totally 50 apparently healthy volunteers of age group between 19 and 29 years have been selected for the proving.

Mind

Anxiety before midnight. Restlessness at night before midnight. 

Head

Headache from forehead to occiput with a sensation as if blood rushes overhead,  worse by lying down;  better by pressing. Throbbing pain in frontal and temporal regions as if head would burst,  worse by looking down, noise, talking;  better by lying down. Bursting pain in the whole head, worse by exertion, tension; better by rest, pressure; accompanied with weakness, nausea and restlessness.Pressing pain in vertex, worse by exertion; better by taking tea.Heaviness in forehead, better by pressure, tight bandage.Heaviness and throbbing pain in occipital region, worse by talking; better by hard pressure. Headache gradually increased. Throbbing pain in both temples with heaviness, worse by noise; better by lying down.Throbbing pain in frontal and temporal regions with a sensation as if head would burst,  worse by looking down, noise, talking;  better by lying down quietly, closing eyes. Throbbing pain in frontal region of head, worse by moving the head; better by lying down. It was accompanied with nausea. Bursting pain in the whole head, worse by exertion; better by Rest. Heaviness and bursting pain in occipital region, worse by talking, laughing; better by hard pressure. Headache worse at night in bed and at the beginning of menses. 

Eye

Intermittent twitching of left eye lid; accompanied with intense thirst for little quantity at frequent intervals. Agglutination of eye in morning on waking. Lachrymation of eye especially left eye worse afternoon. 

Nose

Coryza with slight acrid watery discharge more from right nostril,  worse by warm;  better by open air. Coryza with watery discharge and sneezing with sensation of burning and itching in nose,  worse by evening, dust;  better by lying down; accompanied with watery discharge from eyes, dryness of throat and decreased thirst; no desire to do any mental or physical. Coryza with sneezing and watery nasal discharge with itching sensation in nose,  worse by cold water;  better by lying down. Stoppage of nose, pressing feeling at the root of nose,  worse by lying down;  better by taking tea. It was accompanied with bursting pain in the whole head. Next day, there was yellowish-green discharge from the nose with frontal headache.

Face

Mild painful small-sized pimples on face. Tingling of masseter muscle. 

Mouth

Haemorrhage from gum. Eruption on tongues. 

Throat

Burning sensation in throat, worse at night; better by drinking cold water, but it returned within 10 minutes.  Foreign body like sensation in throat. Pain in throat on waking. 

Abdomen

Dull aching pain in lower abdomen, worse by motion, bending forward; better.pressure.Next day, same symptom with nausea, worse motion; better Pressure.

Cough

Dry cough. Cough with yellowish-green expectoration.

Back

Pain and soreness in lower back (lumbar region), worse by walking, sitting for long; better by warm application, lying down; extending from lower back to thighs.

Extremities

Aching and tearing pain in calf muscles, worse from rest; better from tight bandage. Aching and tearing pain from thighs to legs, especially calf muscles, worse on lying down; better by fast walking, tight bandaging.Pain in ankles with burning in soles, worse from pressure, walking; better from sitting bare feet; accompanied with restlessness.

Sleep

Sleeplessness at night and sleepiness in daytime. Sleep disturbed waking at after midnight. Vivid beautiful dreams.

Generalities- 

Cramping pain in the whole body, worse from walking; better by lying down; accompanied with nausea. Weariness worse in morning. Autoimmune diseases.
