Mind: Anxious, quiet, does not speak a word and wants to be alone

Head: Heaviness of the head with throbbing headache especially at the forehead. Feels as if the brain were sore, with dull sticking and sharp stitches in the frontal region.

Ear: Swelling of the left ear internally with pain on putting the finger and on external touch.

Face: Paleness of the face with very anxious looks.

Mouth: Tearing pain in the teeth, especially when touched. Blisters on the gum which is very painful. The tongue seems raw, hot and burned. Mouth feels burnt with bitter taste in the mouth in the morning, after waking with loss of taste.

Throat: The throat seems too tight, and the tongue feels too short.

Stomach: Frequent empty feeling with ineffectual sour eructations and shaking chills over the whole body. Eructations with taste of the food, with nausea and vomiting after eating. Nausea in the morning and feeling of griping in the abdomen with indigestion. Vomiting with much retching with rising up of acid and bilious mucus, and shaking chills during and after vomiting. Pressing pain beneath the pit of the stomach.

Abdomen: Violent griping colic in the abdomen, obliged to lie down.

Rectum and Anus: Urging to stool a few times at night, followed by a pasty stool.

Stool: Diarrhea every hour during the day of a dark color.

Urinary Organs: Contraction of the urethra with biting sensation in the urethra. Frequent desire to urinate with irritation and burning in urethra.

Chest: Much mucus in the chest in the forenoon, with nausea.

Back: Shooting pains in the back on stooping with a weak feeling, as if all strength would leave him.

Extremities: Weakness in both arms with pain and heaviness in the left arm and drawing pains in the right arm several times a day, with trembling and loss of power. Pressing and sticking in the muscles of the left thigh, while walking in the open air. Tension in the right calf, while walking in the open air.

Skin: Papular eruptions filled with pus on the forehead and neck with discharge of blood and pus. Reddish, papular eruptions above both knees with tickling and voluptuous itching.

Sleep: Sleepiness during the day with frequent yawning.

Fever: Shaking chills during and after vomit. Burning heat of the face in the evening, and heat over the whole face and redness of the cheeks, without thirst.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
