Valeriana officinalis MT

Valeriana officinalis MT is used in case of hysteria, over-sensitiveness, nervous affections, when apparently well chosen remedies fail. It is used in hysterical spasms and affections generally. In phytotherapy it is known for sedative effect. Research has shown that it improves the quality of sleep. It reduces nervous activity (neurotransmitter inhibitor) and has sedative effect.
