Mind: Irritable and despondency exist in all the work.

Head: Thinks that head is rolling along the bed. Headache during fever with slight perspiration over head terrible headache during fever. Giddiness while lying in bed.

Eyes: Eyes look like yellow in colour. Pupils are dilated in chronic fevers. Eyes becomes yellow along with the enlargement of spleen and liver.

Mouth: Excessive thirst. Mouth and throat become dry. Slimy salivation. Taste becomes insipid and bad. Constant water brash from mouth.

Throat: Throat burns while vomiting. Sore feeling in the throat.

Stomach: Excessive hunger. Eats with great relish. Always obliged to eat something in the morning for his hunger. Great desire to eat cold things. Vomiting of belch. Hiccough. Nausea with water brash from the mouth along with the distension of abdomen. Nausea from the smell of medicine. Vomiting matter consists of stringy mucus may be streaked with blood. Vomiting of blood.

Abdomen: Empty feeling in abdomen. Distension of abdomen. Uneasiness in abdomen with hot feeling in abdomen. Pain are felt in abdomen with gurgling in the abdomen.

Liver and spleen: Pains are felt in the right side of abdomen owing to its enlargement of abdomen. Worse from sneezing, coughing and movement.

Stools and Anus: Painless liquid stool or it is bloody and mucus associated with pain and urging; smarting pains are felt in anus after stool. Copious, green, yellow, bilious and liquid stools appear. Stool mixed with bile and mucus; Bloody stool. Patient becoming exhausted and weak owing to frequent passage of stools.

Urine and Bladder: Suppression or retention of urine along with vomiting and purging. Urine is of red and is of very small quantity.

Fever: Burning sensation is felt over the whole body associated with thirst. Desire for cold things. Fever comes on at morning and noon with chilliness. During fever there is burning sensation felt over the body with headache is experienced and thirst appears. After fever slight headache continues in chronic fevers and there is enlargement of liver and spleen with yellow eyes.
