Mind : Anxiety all the time. Dull and sad person.

Head : Passive and congestive headache occurs, with pale face. Falling of hair. Dry and gray hair.

Eyes : Eyes sunken and surrounded by a blue margin. Pupils dilated.

Face : Pale and sunken face. Cramps in face and spread over whole body. Livid spots on face.

Mouth : Dry and cracked tongue; blood like ink exudes in tongue, coated thick; viscid, yellowish tongue. Tingling of tip of tongue. Tongue swollen, paralyzed.

Stomach : Ravenous appetite; craves acids more. Unquenchable thirst. Nausea; vomiting of blood and coffee-grounds fluid. Burning in stomach and abdomen. Eructations of bad odour.

Stool : Cholera like stools, with coldness and cramps all over body. Involuntary stools; no sensation of passing faeces, anus wide open. Olive green, thin, putrid, bloody, with icy coldness and intolerance of being covered, with great exhaustion.

Urine : Paralysis of bladder. Retention of urine with urging. Discharge of black blood from bladder. Enuresis in old people.

Female : Menstrual colic pain, with coldness and intolerance of heat over the body. Passive haemorrhages in women. Burning pains in uterus. Menses irregular, copious, dark; continuous oozing of watery blood until next period. Brownish, offensive leucorrhoea. Breasts do not fill milk properly. Dark, offensive lochia. Puerperal fever, putrid discharges, coldness, suppressed urine.

Chest : Angina pectoris. Difficult in breathing and oppression of chest, with cramp in diaphragm. Boring pain in chest. Palpitation with contracted and intermittent pulse.

Sleep : Profound and long. Sleeplessness with restlessness, fever with anxious dreams.

Back : Spinal irritation, tingling of lower extremities; can bear only slightest covering. Numbness of back.

Extremities : Hands will be dry and cold. Feets of smokers with feeling of fuzziness in fingers. Trembling of hands and feets. Numbness of extremities. Fingers and feet bluish in colour. Violent cramping pain all over. Icy coldness of extremities. Violent pain in finger-tips, tingling in toes.
