This remedy is mainly indicated in dwarfism where the symptoms are entirely from the poisonings. It is indicated in old mannish appearance of a child poisoned with it. It is useful in case of eczema of the face

Mouth: Tongue is greenish in color. Gums are swollen. Tongue is coated with thick greenish fur like coating.

Face: Face is flushed and greatly swollen. The face of the child appears as quite an old man.

Stomach: Thirst is very much and drinks urgently. There is nausea and vomiting of blood stained fluid.

Abdomen: Pain in the upper abdomen spreading all over. Pain increases after any liquid and solid food. Pain is gripping in nature. Pain is worse from pressure.

Stool and anus: The stool is copious and passed with mucous shreds and dark blood. There is scalding of anus.

Skin: the skin of the face is covered with eruptions which are moistening and vesicles which are red. Skin is swollen with dry scales which exfoliate. Itching and burning in the scalp with blisters and exfoliation. Face is covered with thick yellow crust and offensive discharge oozing from the cracks.

In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
