This remedy acts well on skin, glands and genito-urinary organs, especially the testes. It is indicated for sleeplessness and neuralgic pains which are relieved by sweating. Weakness and loss of flesh, with pulsations in whole body.

Head: Headache with boring pain and pulsations in temples with confusion of mind. Headache better in open air. Moist, pustular eruptions at the nape of neck and base of hair with severe itching.

Eyes: Eyes feel hot with sensitivity to air. Inflammation of eyelids with soreness and swelling in the edges of eyelids, styes. Inflammation of iris and conjunctiva with extreme sensitivity to cold. Bright spots before eyes with inflamed eyeballs.

Face: Vesicular eruptions on the face like blisters. Inflammation of glands around the neck which are painful to touch. Pain in right side of face which feels better by holding cold water in the mouth. Toothache at night and from tobacco with sensation as if teeth is elongated.

Male: Swelling and induration of testes and scrotum with sore bruised feeling and neuralgic pains in the scrotum and groins especially on the right side. Pain along the spermatic cord while urinating. Complaints from suppressed genital infections. Violent and painful erections with stitches in the urethra.

Urinary: Tingling sensation in the urethra for sometimes after urinating. Inflammation of urethra with constricted feeling and frequent burning urination with interrupted flow. Dribbling of urine with severe pain which is worse at night.

Skin: Skin red with vesicular and scaly eruptions covered with thick scabs especially on the face, hands and scalp. Severe itching and burning worse from washing in cold water. Inflammation of glands hot and painful especially in the groins. Induration and tumors of breast and slow healing venous ulcers.

Modalities: Better from open air. Worse at night, warmth of bed and cold air and water.
