Mind : Sensation of swimming and giddiness occurs frequently. Moaning, sobbing and screaming most of the time. Exceedingly despondent. Irritable. Confusion of ideas. Loss of memory. Consciousness perfect till death. Delirium with fear of water. Delirium tremens. Frightened person. Extreme nervous all the time. Immoderate fits of laughing with light.

Head : Violent headache with bursting pains in forehead especially at left side. Stupid headache with extreme drowsiness. Severe pains over left eye and behind ears with a feeling of stupor and drowsiness at 8 p.m. Sensation as if an iron cap on head. Vertigo leads to fall forward with roaring in ears while lying associated with nausea. Jerking of head forwards and backwards. Veins of head, neck and face becomes red with protruding eyes.

Eyes : Sunken, rolling and distorted eyes which turned to one side. Dilated and insensible pupils with red conjunctiva. Aching, smarting and dull pains in eyes with misty vision. Burning in eyes. Burning will be intense and sudden in eyes and lids. Feeling as if cold in eyes. Pupils dilated.

Nose : Face swollen and burning hot all over. Eyes half closed as if stung by bees. Face puffy, pale and distorted. Muscles become stiff.

Teeth : Teeth clenched. Toothache especially at midnight in left upper teeth shooting into cheek bone.

Mouth : Tongue dry and papillae erect.

Throat : Choking sensation in throat as if something were held tightly round it. Dry, spasmodic and contracted feeling. Intense difficulty in swallowing.

Stomach : Violent vomiting occurs. Vomiting thin, colourless and liquid. Heavy feeling in pit of the stomach. Intense pain at stomach region. Pain will be sharp with intense twitching associate with violent jerk and spasm.

Abdomen : Pain at right hypochondrium region. Aching at intervals with sick and faint feeling Severe tense pain in right side of abdomen. Sharp needle like pain and cutting pains. Sharp pains in left hypochondriac region shoots to pit of stomach. Rapid pulsation in left hypochondrium and left temple.

Stool and Anus : Stools will be lumpy and dry with flatus smelling of fresh putty. Gurgling sounds in rectum with spasms of darting pain compelling him to sit on the ground as if shot. Agonising pain during the night. Diarrhoea will be copious and watery. Faeces discharged involuntarily during the spasms.

Male Sexual Organs : Hard, swollen, later burning pain on left side of scrotum where the skin was tense on the testicle, and a large abscess formed in the dartos and cellular tissue. Left spermatic cord painful associated with left testicle swollen. Pain occurs only on standing or walking.

Respiratory Organs : Breathing irregular, intermittent and difficult. Voice will be weak, low and hoarse. Loss of voice. Occasionally spasmodic and explosive cough occurs. Dry cough occurs. Breathing will be hurried, difficult, choking and tight with great pain. Spasm of muscles on larynx and on arms. she felt and looked as if strangled the muscles on each side of larynx became tense like cords. Spasm of respiratory muscles occurs.

Chest : Severe stabbing pains in right breast passing through to back at intervals. Violent tearing pain in left breast at intervals. Sharp pains in left breast. Walls of chest fixed. Oppression of chest. Tightness of chest region. Pain will be severe, sharp, contractive, spasmodic and darting on chest, neck, and back region. Sharp needle-like pains in upper chest and small of back especially at upper chest and in left side under the ribs.

Lower Limbs : Painful convulsions in lower limbs and nape of the neck. Lightning like pains in lumbar region. Constant shooting pain. Loss of power of lower limbs. Stiffness of lower limbs. Violent itching and tingling sensation in soles and palms.

Skin : Skin will be pale at first then livid and bluish.

Sleep : Extreme restlessness and talking in her sleep with peculiar working in back of brain.

Fever : Peculiar creeping chilliness all over with a tremulous sensation in the jaws. Extreme chilliness and drowsiness.
