Biocombination No.23 is mainly indicated for toothache, and dentition troubles, as a supportive remedy for the management of toothache of neuralgia and rheumatic types. It can be also given for alveolar abscess, gingivitis, and pyorrhoea and the pain associated with them.

It should be taken as 4 tablets for adults, and children 2 tablets, at a time, four times a day at intervals of three hours or as otherwise prescribed by the physician.
