Crataegus oxyacantha 1X MT Tabs is beneficial in maintaining normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels in the blood. It prevents and reduces the higher plasma lipid levels, cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL and VLDL fractions. It reduces high blood pressure and acts on the muscles of the heart. It has solvent power upon crustaceous and calcareous deposits in arteries. It is a heart tonic that regulates the irregularity of the heart, and high arterial tension. It is used as a sedative in patients with cardiac symptoms. It regulates the pulse, and other symptoms related to irregular heart functions. It is also an antioxidant.
