Skill development programme and Schwabe creative award

Mounting the knowledge and extracurricular activity would be the utmost utilization of the time during the lockdown period. Hence Schwabe India organised the education and skill development programmes. Sales force development programme was organised for our FSEs to develop their confidence and soft skill. Detailing sessions on phone and through video calling to make the team resilient. Schwabe Creativity Competition was held during lockdown period, to keep the team and their families engaged.
