Food for all campaign and ration distribution
Complete lockdown on pan India basis severely impacted the economy. As the whole India was in the lock-down due to the pandemic, thousands of people with the low-income or without any source of income have been seriously affected. Schwabe India has taken the initiative to run a campaign ‘Food for all’ for the people surviving with minimum foods and some of them are even out of foods for a few days. Schwabe India has distributed 300 daily packed food & total of 6600 such food packets to the needy people in the neighbourhood. Food distribution was carried out with the help and supervision of local police and government authorities. Each packet was containing 5 pooris (breads) and 1 dry/ wet cooked vegetable dish. All the foods was prepared and packed in the Schwabe India kitchen. Schwabe India also distributed 600 ration kits containing wheat flour, rice, dal, black chana, sugar, salt and mustard oil to the needy people during this crisis as a responsible organisation.
