India has seen a mega event in the field of homoeopathy, the World Homoeopathic Congress, organised at New Delhi, from 1st to 4th December 2011. This is the fourth time this congress being held in India after 1967, 1977 and 1995. Speaking at the inaugural function, the Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad announced a host of new initiatives being considered for homoeopathy and other AYUSH systems in the XIIth Plan, including All India Institute of Homoeopathy and Homoeopathic Medicines Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited.  A detailed report on this is given below.

Staphylococcinum is a nosode reported by O. A. Julian, E. Anshutz, etc. There are two different proving reports on it recently. We have given an abstract of the combined symptoms from both the sources under ‘Provings’.

Many a times we find difficulty when the patient is complaining severe headache even after giving a well chosen drug. Schwabe has come up with a solution to tackle this with Alpha – HA.
