The government of India has recently presented its budget in the parliament. Every stakeholder is looking at what the fund has been allocated to respective industry. The Finance Minister has proposed to allocate a little over Rs. 1000 crore to the Department of AYUSH. Calendula officinalis is a drug used in homoeopathy for wound healing and other skin related problems for over two centuries. Alcohol dependence has become a major concern of our country. As per report there are over 6 crore alcohol users in India.
