Contribution in PM relief fund & abiding Government advisory

Though the business was at bay and Schwabe India was facing financial loss, it has contributed to PM Cares Fund. Embarking all the guidelines by Government for maximum human life safety upon resuming the operations post-lockdown, Schwabe India allowed only 50% attendance in field as well as in factory even-though government allowed for 100% attendance. Employee check-ups for COVID-19 by company were done to ensure 100% compliance towards the Government regulations. In spite of all odds, Schwabe India provided salary to their employees on time without any deduction. Deduction in sales targets and no carry forwarding was done to help the sales team achieve their targets, despite low profit margins.
