Whereas, in hyperthyrodism there may be prominent diffuse goitre, weight-loss despite increased appetite, tachycardia, nervousness, irritability, increased sweating, heat-intolerance, fatigue and sometimes alopecia, pigmentation, and lymphadeaopathy and also for symptoms of impotence or loss of libido.
