Mind : Doubtful always. Anxious person. Unsteadiness of his own ideas. Apathy and inaptitude for business. Dread of exertion.

Head : Headache at frontal region, tightness. Shooting and throbbing in temples; when stooping. Sides of head ached; as if squeezed in a vice. Scalp sore; on vertex. Hair feels as if erect.

Eyes : Eyes blurred, especially Inclined to close eyes, as if to press out tears. Lids heavy. Dimness of vision. Eyes watery all the time.

Ears : Earache associated with sore throat with severe heat above pit of stomach. Itching, tingling, and buzzing in ears. Singing in ears with feeling of tightness above eyes, as if a band was drawn tightly over forehead.

Nose : Water nose. Thick greenish mucus from nostrils. Every time handkerchief is used due to strong odour of Iodine perceived. All the agonies of “grippe.”. Excoriation of nostrils. Acuteness of smell. Acrid discharge from nose. Burning and tickling sensation in right nostril.

Face : Face dry with hot and yellowish appearance. Redness with rashes and eruption in upper lip with yellowish pustules. Painful, sore and tender to touch. Quickly disappearance of dry scabs. Redness on chin.

Mouth : Teeth felt soft to tongue and were coated with dark . Tongue dry and hard with furred at root. Red at point of the tongue. Bitter taste with nasty and fetid breath.

Throat : Throat and gullet parched. The saliva did not allay the dryness. Throat dry and painful to touch. Throat feel as if swelled. Sore throat in morning. Drawing and creeping sensation at back of throat. Uvula and tonsils were slightly enlarged and red. Constant disposition to swallow saliva.

Stomach : Fear of gaining weight. Desire for acids, pickles, lemonade. Excessive thirst. Sensation of heat about pit of stomach. Soreness and sinking in epigastrium.

Stool and Anus : Itching in rectum. Bowels constipated.

Urinary Organs : Itching in urethra. Frequent urination especially at mornings. Scalding sensation of urine. Urine smells like raspberries.

Male : Yellowish discharge from penis.

Respiratory Organs : Tickling sensation in larynx. Sensation of dryness in trachea. Thick and hard clots of mucus collected about top of windpipe. Difficult to detach the mucus and which caused tickling sensation around the throat and irritation of larynx associated with cough. Much troubled with cough during early part of night accompanied by a nasty taste in mouth and fetid breath. Inclined to expand chest, and take a deep inspiration. Accumulation of dark and purulent mucous in trachea continued by inclination to swallow saliva, which does not moisten it. Mucus removed with difficulty and by violent, hacking, coughing and straining.

Chest : Tightness around the chest region. Difficulty to expand chest while expiration along with prostration.

Heart : Boring pain in the heart as if some difficulty in respiration. Sensation of heat in region of heart. Palpitation heavily.

Back : Weakness of spinal column with pain in loin region. Bruised all over the back. Weakness of spine.
Lower Limbs : Weakness of knees and joints. Legs ache and feel weak. Tickling sensation in calves and feet. Trembling and aching pain in ankle joints. Soles of feet ache and burning sensation. Sore feeling when standing.

Skin : Itching rash, like nettle rash on arms. Acne all over. Pustules on upper lip. Redness with rashes on skin.

Sleep : Sleepiness at daytime, restless at night. Unrefreshing sleep. Confused dreams most of the time. Awakened by fright. Sleep with mouth open.

Fever : Occasionally chill occurs. Excitement at febrile. Dry heat from body.
