Spiritus aetheris nitrosi (Nitri spiritus dulcis) CH

Mind : Complete apathy. Without desire for anything. Excessive ill-humour person with irascibility, passion, and quarrel disposition, with tendency to weep, dislike to labour and conversation.

Eye : Pupils contracted. Stitches in eyes and lids. Burning on margin of eyes. Pupils somewhat dilated and acting feebly. Black spots and rings float before eyes.

Face : Sensation as of a cold over upper part of face. Chronic soreness at corners of mouth. Boring and pressure in bones of face. Paleness of face, with eyes sunken, and surrounded by livid circles.

Mouth : Tongue dry. Heat in mouth with sour taste.

Throat : Sensation as if contraction in throat with severe pain, as of a plug, in gullet.

Appetite : Increased appetite.

Stomach : Nausea always before food. Burning sensation. Contractive pain and aching in stomach, with sensation of fullness, immediately after a meal. After a meal vomiting of sour matter and mucus, followed by headache. Vomiting and purging.

Abdomen : Gall-stones. Shootings, cutting, and burning pains in abdomen.

Stool & Anus : Bloody diarrhoea after purging Constipation marked. Epidemic dysentery with lethargy
Urinary Organs : Urine very scanty.

Male Sexual Organs : Stitches in glans of penis.

Female Sexual Organs : Menses scanty with irregular bleeding.

Respiratory Organs : Short, dry cough with difficult in breathing. Breathing slow, regular on walking a short distance it becomes very hurried, if persisted in, quick, difficult, painful, and a most distressing sense of painful constriction is felt under sternum.

Skin : Skin and tongue dry. Shivering and acute drawing pains in the bones.

Fever : Chilliness internal with cold hands frequently with creeping under skin from small of back to lower limbs. Heat in head, face, nape of neck and occipital region of head, with swollen veins, from cervical spine into occipital region in head and face with chilliness in back and cold hands, in back.
