Sabal Pentarkan is the indicated medicine for prostatic troubles and urinary tract infections. It will reduce the frequent urination and constant urge to urinate, more marked at night. It has a positive effect on difficult urination, cystitis, epididymitis and on paresis of sphincter vesicae. It reduces the irritability of the bladder and intolerable constant urge to urinate, burning pain due to recurrent infections, inflammations and conditions associated with chronic urinary tract infections. It helps to maintain a healthy prostate.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, it has to be taken for acute complaints 10-20 drops at every hour until the improvement occurs for a maximum of 12 times a day. Subsequently, 10-20 drops should be taken 3 times a day.

Urination is difficult and inflammation of the bladder with prostatic hypertrophy. Echinacea purpurea is indicated in fevers and infections. It has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. Passiflora incarnata is an anti-inflammatory remedy, anti-spasmodic and has morphine-like properties. It is indicated in atonic conditions and it will calm the nervous system. Cantharis is a powerful drug prepared from an insect that has a special affinity for urinary and sexual organs. It brings a violent attack of infections and inflammations. It produces irritation and burning pains in the parts affected. It is indicated in urinary tract infections that are severe with violent symptoms such as intolerable constant urging to urinate, dysuria and tenesmus. The pain is cutting and burning type occurs in violent paroxysms. There is cutting pain in the urethra before, during and after urination. The urine scales the urethra and is passed drop by drop. The urine is jelly-like, shredded and with membranous scales. Mercurius biniodatus is indicated in the affections of the bladder and male sexual organs. The glands are affected especially the prostate gland and frequent urination with increased flow of urine. The urine is thick and dark when passing red.
