Populus candicans CH

This medicine seems to have a remarkable effect over severe cold accompanied by a deep, hoarse voice or even the inability to speak. It is also indicated for general insensibility of the surface, rubbing without pain, thickened finger ends and loss of sensation to pinching and pricking.

Head – The remedy covers hot head with cold extremities, cold sores on the lips, thickness and numbness of the tongue, irritation of the eyes, nose, mouth, throat and air passages.

Respiratory – Treats burning of the throat and nostrils, dryness, rawness and soreness of the chest and throat, weak and toneless voice, cough caused by inflammation of the membrane and mucus discharges from the nostrils.
