It is principally indicated in the cases of lead poisoning including cramps and convulsions. The most characteristic symptom is violent diarrhea of yellow color. It is also a remedy for convulsions with terrible pains. It also produces red rashes on the skin of chest and abdomen.
Mind: The principal symptom is apathetic but when questioned knew what was going around.
Head: Headache is associated with ringing in ears.
Eyes: The pupils are enormously dilated. The eyeballs are fixed and staring.
Ears: There is ringing in the ears with headache.
Face: The face is pale sometimes and red and hot sometimes. The face is livid during convulsions with lips turned violet and dry.
Mouth: The tongue is coated yellow. The point of tongue is red and bad odor from mouth.
Stomach: The abdomen is hard and forcibly retracted. The pain in the umbilical region is with violent cramps and constipation.
Stool: The diarrhea is violent and yellow in color. There is constipation with yellow stools.
Chest: The skin of the chest region is red.
Generalities: The convulsions are frequent and the face becomes livid. The convulsions are with terrible pains followed by prostration and restlessness.
Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
