Osmium metallicum CH

It is mainly indicated in irritation and inflammation of respiratory organs. It is useful in cases of skin condition like eczema. It is indicated in case of proteinuria. It increases the local perspiration. It causes adhesion of the nail fold.

Head: It is indicated in hair fall. The head feels as if a band is tied around.

Nose: The nose and larynx are sensitive to air. There is discharge from nose with fullness feeling.

Eyes: It is given for increased pressure inside the eyes causing glaucoma with visual disturbances. It is indicated in inflammation of the conjunctiva with violent pain and lachrymation. It also relieves pain in supra and infra-orbital region.

Respiratory: It produces acute inflammation of larynx with cough and expectoration of tough and stringy mucus. The cough is dry, noisy, hard in violent short bursts, which shakes the whole body.

Skin: It is indicated in eczema with itching. The pimples are itching. The sweat is increased and it smells like garlic.
