It has been considered curative for certain headaches, chilliness in the abdomen, malarial fever and muscle contractions in the body. It is also associated with urinary difficulties in women, diabetes and sensation of tension.

Stomach – Treats the feeling of coldness extending to the oesophagus, extreme hunger, desire for meat and complete loss of thirst.
Abdomen – The treatment covers coldness and swelling in the abdomen which increases by smoking.
Extremities – It is an effective remedy for cramps, cold hands and feet and jerking and contractions in the legs.
Fever – As reported, it is indicated in coldness which mostly dominates the abdomen and the legs and tips of the nose.
