Cortisone CH is a Homeopathic Dilution made from Cortisone. It is reported to be useful in addison’s disease, cataract, depression, dyspepsia, heatstroke, hypothyroidism, lupus erythematosus, memory weak, ophthalmic migraine, osteoporosis, osteo-necrosis, psoriasis, sunstroke, etc.

It is indicated in toxic effects of the drug are similar to those of other corticosteroids like disturbance of electrolyte balance manifesting oedema, hypertension etc. Effects on metabolism resulting osteoporosis, nitrogen depletion, hyperglycaemia. Effects on tissue repair results peptic ulceration, corneal ulcers, increased intra-ocular function and reduced visual function by external use in eye have also been reported. Growth retardation has been reported by cortisone administration may increase coagulability of blood result thrombo-embolic complication.

It is to be taken as an internal medicine. Please note that the dosage of single homeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things.
