Biocombination No.15 is very useful as a supportive therapy for healthy menstruation. It is indicated in irregular menses, painful, scanty, and late in young women. It is a remedy for premenstrual syndrome, lethargy, tiredness, malaise, depression, excitability, irritability, headache, and associated symptoms such as neuralgia, and muscular and back pain.

It has to be given as 4 tablets for adults, 2 tablets for children, at a time, four times a day at intervals of three hours or otherwise as prescribed by the physicia

Biocombination No.15 is a special combination of biochemic medicines such as Calcarea phosphorica, Ferrum phosphoricum, Kali phosphoricum, Kali sulphuricum, and Magnesium phosphoricum. Calcarea phosphorica is indicated in too early menses, excessive and bright red in girls, first bright then dark, with violent backache, during lactation with sexual excitement, nymphomania with aching, pressing, or weakness in uterine region, after prolonged nursing. Ferrum phosphoricum is indicated in menses every three weeks, with bearing down sensation and pain on the top of the head, vaginismus, and dryness of the vagina with heat. Kali phosphoricum is indicated in too late or too scanty menses in pale, irritable, sensitive, lachrymose females. The discharge is too profuse, deep red or blackish red, thin and non-coagulating, sometimes with offensive odor and feeble ineffectual labour pains. Kali sulphuricum is for too-late menses, scanty with the feeling of weight in the abdomen and metrorrhagia. Magnesium phosphoricum is a remedy for menstrual colic, membranous dysmenorrhoea, too-early menses, and dark stringy discharge, ovarian neuralgia, and vaginismus.
