Alpha-MS is indicated in nausea, and vomiting, especially from motion sickness. It helps to relieve the sensation of nausea and vomiting, giddiness, vertigo and headache associated with motion sickness. It is also helpful in treating abdominal colic and heartburn. It also covers indigestion leading to irritability and vexation due to noise.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, at the beginning of the complaints, take 1-2 tablets every hour and once the acute complaints start to improve, take 1 tablet every two hours. It is indicated for peripheral circulatory disturbances. Tabacum is indicated for nausea, giddiness, pallor, vomiting, seasickness, prostration of the entire muscular system, vertigo, and sick headache on least motion. It also covers migraine, neuralgias and gastric complaints. Ipecacuanha is for nausea and vomiting, especially in children and sensitive adults. It acts on the nerves, responsive to persistent nausea and vomiting. Nux vomica is a drug for many symptoms as a result of a sedentary lifestyle. It will calm the digestive, portal and hypochondrial spheres. It covers headache, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and symptoms due to over-exertion. Petroleum is a useful drug in treating irritations involving the central nervous system and brain stem. It is indicated in ailments resulting from riding in cars, carriages, ships, air, fright and vexation. Noise is unbearable and heartburn is also covered by this drug.
