Zincum sulphuricum CH

Clinically it is useful in convulsions, opacity of cornea with granular lids, dysentery, headache and heartburns. It is also indicated in profuse bleeding from uterus, stricture of oesophagus and paralysis of tongue.

Mind: Great nervous anxiety and depression with frightful visions and delirium during headache.

Head: Headache with dizziness and violent pains with thirst. Acute pain in head, violent as if from an electric shock through the head and sensation as if brain would burst through the skull.

Eyes: Eyes dull, staring and fixed with peculiar bright luster and heaviness of the lids and lachrymation. Inflammation of conjunctiva with dilated pupils and opacity of cornea.

Ears: Oversensitive to noise with roaring in the ears.

Face: Face pale and sunken with leaden tint and contracted features.

Mouth: Moist, blanched and partially paralysed tongue. Mouth, gums and lips greatly swollen with irritation of buccal mucosa with very sour taste.

Throat: Inflammation of throat with feeling of suffocation and tenderness in throat. Burning and constriction in the pharynx and oesophagus with fear of choking.

Stomach: Intolerable thirst with dry mouth. Heartburn and vomiting with cramps, severe pain, and burning in the stomach followed by extreme prostration. Burning heat in stomach with acute pain in the epigastrium.

Abdomen: Distension of abdomen with retraction of umbilicus and severe colic. Pain in the abdomen especially in the bladder region and groins.

Stool and Anus: Constant desire for stool with bilious diarrhea. Stools infrequent with chronic constipation. Obstinate dysentery with pale, bloody stools, painful tenesmus, and desire for food leading to emaciation.

Female Sexual Organs: Profuse bleeding from the uterus.

Respiratory Organs: Spasmodic cough, with bloody and purulent expectoration.

Chest: Difficult breathing with pains in chest and vomiting. Sensation of choking and constriction around the chest.

Heart: Palpitation on every motion with fluttering pulsation.

Limbs: Weakness of limbs with trembling and cramps.

Upper Limbs: Convulsions of upper limbs and eyeballs.

Skin: Pale yellow with milky white skin. Vesicular eruptions on neck with discharges of bloody watery fluid followed by greenish, fetid pus. Itching eruptions of children affecting the back.

Sleep: Very sleepy, wants to sleep and die in peace.

Fever: Coldness with violent shivering and quivering of lips. Skin and extremities cold and clammy during fever, followed by profuse sweat.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
