Mind: Delirium. Excited person. Laughs and sings always. Hysterical person. Restless, irritable, wants everything. Does not get satisfied. Profound and unusual depression, with irresolution and want of confidence, unfitting him for work of any kind. Melancholia like that produced by jaundice.

Head: Head turning and twisting with restlessness. Dullness of head. Pain in forehead. Vertigo. Giddiness with intense headache, every object looks bright green.

Eyes: Pupils enormously dilated and insensible. Photophobia and lachrymation. Flickering before eyes. Objects seem to totter and dance; visions of figures, cherries, animals. Coloured vision. Yellow soup looks red. Blue evening sky looks green objects look green; white looks yellow. Objects as if in yellow haze or yellow light. Blue rings around eyes. Eyes rolled convulsively distorted and staring. Pressure in supra orbital region. Pressure in eyes.

Nose: Hallucination of smell. Things smell peculiar. Bleeding occurs from nose.

Face: Convulsive movements of face muscles, especially on lips and lids. Face pinched. Drawing in of lips over teeth with pinched expression of mouth and nose. Red, hot face, staring eyes. Face pale. Teeth: Teeth clenched. Grating teeth during sleep.

Limbs: Twitching of hands and feet. Spasms of limbs.

Upper Limbs: Convulsive jerking of upper limbs.

Lower Limbs: Gait unsteady and tottering; staggered.

Skin: Urticaria with oedema of nose, lips, and eyelids over almost entire lids, with vomiting.

Sleep: Sleepiness with tired. Restlessness all the time. Sleep disturbed, woke unrefreshed with sickness, frontal headache, and deficient appetite.
