Abroma radix MT is a homoeopathic tincture is made from the roots of Abroma augusta, which is known as Abroma radix. It is covered by Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of India. It was introduced by Dr. S. C. Ghose. It is indicated for leucorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, and irregularity of menstrual cycle and flow. It has organ affinity for ovaries, uterus and vaginal mucosa. It acts as uterine tonic. Research report confirms its usefulness in contraction of uterus. It is used in functional dysmenorrhoea.
