Aconitum Pentarkan is the homoeopathic medicine which is composed of Aconitum napellus, Bryonia alba, Belladonna, Ferrum phosphoricum and Gelsemium sempervirens. Aconitum napellus is indicated in acute inflammations of the nose and throat and it has a special affinity for the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. It is indicated in acute coryza, much sneezing, smell acutely sensitive, pain at the root of the nose, throbbing of nostrils, haemorrhage of bright red blood, mucous membrane dry, nose stopped and scanty coryza.
The cough is dry, hoarse, croupy and loud laboured breathing. The throat is sensitive to air, shortness of breath, larynx sensitive, stitches through the chest, and worse at night and after midnight. Belladonna is indicated for acuteness and sudden onset of symptoms, inflammatory symptoms and spasmodic symptoms.
There is tingling in the tip of the nose, imaginary odours, nose red and swollen, bleeding of the nose and coryza mixed with blood. There is dryness of the nose, throat, larynx and trachea. The cough is ticking, short, dry worse at night. The respiration is difficult, quick and unequal. The voice is hoarse, loss of voice, painless hoarseness, barking cough, whooping cough, the expectation of blood, the sensation of a foreign body in the throat and high piping voice.
Bryonia alba is indicated in the inflammation of mucous membranes of the respiratory organs causing coryza with shooting and aching in the forehead. The tip of the nose is swollen and ulcerated. The larynx and trachea are sore, hoarseness of voice worse in the open air, and dry hacking cough from irritation in the upper trachea. The cough is dry, at night, worse after eating or drinking, with stitches in the chest and respiration difficult and quick. The expectation is brick shade, tough and falls like lumps of jelly.
Ferrum phosphoricum is indicated in the first stage of colds in the head, predisposition to colds and the first stage of all inflammatory affections. There is congestion of the lungs, haemoptysis, short painful tickling, croupy cough with a sore chest, hoarseness of voice, the expectation of pure blood in pneumonia and cough better at night. Gelsemium sempervirens is indicated in influenza which presents as sneezing, fullness at root of nose, dryness of the nose, swelling of turbinates, watery, excoriating discharge, dull headache and febrile condition. The respiration is slow, great prostration, oppression of the chest, dry cough with sore chest and fluent coryza. The voice is lost, acute bronchitis, respiration quickened, spasmodic affections of the lungs and diaphragm.

If this medicine could have a nasal decongestant as ingredients along with existing , then its really an excellent medicine for Sinus inflammation. Hope to see.
