1. Block the sun with the right sunblock
Sunblock is essential. It protects your skin against harmful UVA and UVB rays. Sunscreen with SPF 30 is perfectly sufficient as long as it’s reapplied every two hours.
2. Good pool habits
Swimming and staying near the pool during summer are much liked by children. You should make sure that kids as old as 8 should be within arm’s reach any time they’re in the pool.

3. Prevent and treat mosquito bites
