Weak immunity

There are various causes of weakening of the immune system. The changing life pattern of parents because of work pressure, environmental factors, food habits, deficiency of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients have definite negative influence on the immunity, which also passes on to the children. These barriers form the first line of protection in the defense system. If an antigen gets past these barriers, it is attacked and destroyed by other parts of the immune system. It is called innate immunity, which is normally inherent.

Adaptive immunity is either natural, such as from infection, or artificial such as immunization. Such immunization process is called as passive immunity which involves antibodies that are produced in a body other than our own.

Weakness of immunity can cause frequent suffering.
